Order the new book by Russell D. Haynes, Where Did the Deer Go? This book explains, in detail and with pictures, the reason that whitetail deer were close to extinction in the middle to late 1800's of most of America. Then, this book explains the steps the United States government took to remedy the problem, thus, giving the United States, especially the southeast, a current, thriving whitetail population.

Tired of sitting on steel in a lock on tree? Or dropping a lose pad on the ground?
This is actually the heavy duty backrest pad we use on our MOGO ATV backrest.
We discovered it was perfect for hunters to drill sheet metal screws through lock-on tree stand support bands and into the 1/4" treated plywood in our backrest pads.
Available in 600 denier Mossy Oak Breakup or Real Tree Extra Brown. (snake chaps are usually 800-1,000 denier) Waterproof nylon thread stitched.
Each seat comes with Dupont waterproof Teflon spray coating and quality foam inside the pad. You will never have to replace this seat.
Measures 14" at widest part and tapers upward to 12" which allows it to fit any odd sitting platform.
Plus, notice the pictures we provide. Some people like the seat to protrude out past the platform a bit for more comfort, as some lock ons sit differently.
Pad is 2" thick.

Left one in woods all last year and it still looks good! Because of course, I was to lazy to take my lock on down at end of season. I got me a new one for my new lock on!

It took me about 2 minutes to drill 4 holes and and screw 4 screws into a tree stand lock on and my other lock on already had 2 pre-existing holes, so I used them. Found out that two screws will work just fine. Love the heavy duty material, it's not cheap and slick or slippery. But I spray some silicone spray on it to give it and extra layer of waterproofing over the Dupont that came on it
