This basket cost more than others because it includes a parent pending mounting system, which has to be shipped in two boxes (extra shipping cost on us)
The second box includes a long steel 54" mounting bar with 8" steel tabs
This heavy duty & rubber coated basket has strong border steel around the expanded metal and several bottom support braces.
Beats any junk from offshore.
We supply the other needed bolts, nuts and washers.
P.S. This is made to mount with a brush guard or with simply a front bumper.
If you have a brush guard, there is no drilling.
If you have a front bumper only, then you will have to drill one hole on bumper for a holding plate, its no big deal at all. We include a picture here so you can see the small holding plate
PARTS INCLUDED:
1. Basket
2. Mounting Bar
3. 4-10mm-1.50x50 bolts
4. 4-5/16x1.75 bolts along with the nuts and washers
5. Front Support Bar
6. 4-3/8 spacers
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove the four 10MM roll cage bolts. Two from each side. (Keep the 10mm lock nuts which will be used again. )
2. Position the Mounting Bar across the front of the machine. Connect the Mounting Bar to your machine using the 10mm-1.50x50 bolts. Place the bolts through the Mounting Bar plate, then add one space per bolt behind the plate. Align both bolts up with the roll bar holes and re-connect using the 10mm lock nuts.
3. Once the Mounting Bar is tightened, position the basket between the two rigging bars and connect the basket to the Mounting Bar. (using the 4-5/16 bolts, washers and nuts)
4. Connect the Front Support Bar to the basket and brush guard.
Measures 18" forward, 44.5 " wide and 5" high but actually 7" high at side tie down handles

You have to just take a pre-existing bolt out the side and loosen the other one to install, no biggie, its sturdy

Love the rubber Rhino spray coating. I bought ATV basket from these folks 5-7 yrs ago and the coating is still on it and Ive had chain saws move around in that basket good bit
