Model 2 has a 5.5 " bend. If you have a thick seat, ( especially a re-upholstered seat made thicker ) buy Model 2. Model 1 is also for sale on this site and has a 3.5" bend for thicker seats and is $10 less. Model 1 is 80% of our sales however, for normal factory seats.
Place this rack on the back side of their rear vehicle bench seat and another rack on the other side of their rear vehicle seat, so 4 items can be carried at one time. Or, if your vehicle has a front rear seat, you can put one there as well and carry 6 items!

My only suggestions would be to lower the bottom rungs 1"-2" for easier access and to cant the rungs slightly outward to again improve quick access. This is still a very good product. Great shipping.

The cradle is large enough on the sides (unlike a sorry one i bought on amazon and threw in dumpster) that my scoped Tikka rifle with Zeiss scope does not move even wehn i rough in bumpy terrain at my hunting spot
