SHIPPING DAMAGE: If your item comes to you damaged, you must personally deal with the shipping source. We can not assume responsibility for the shipper.

RETURNS: If you wish to return ANY item, we charge a 20 % restocking fee, EXCEPT for Size Matters apparel. ( see below ) All items must be returned in original box and plastic if the item was also in plastic. If customer wishes to return item for a different item, we will honor that with no restocking fee, but customer will be charged on his/her credit card for the return shipping cost. Customer must pay for return shipping cost of exchanged item. (Exchanged item is the item that you chose in place of the item that you are returning.) Shipment of a different item is not eligible for gift wrapping. Item must be returned in 21 days the day you made the initial order.

SIZE MATTERS returns: If the size of the shirt/sweatshirt is to large or to small, we will credit you fully after we inspect the item to make sure it is clean. Customer is responsible for shipping back cost. If you send item back U.S. Mail, make sure you purchase delivery confirmation and return apparel in original plastic bag. We do not accept any other Size Matters products back as returns.

If you send item back UPS , Fed Ex or another way, make sure you keep a receipt of the tracking number.

We run items under the same light/duster apparatus that many health departments utilize for certain undesirable secretions. This includes make up. We refuse to send an item out again to another customer that is considered by us that if needs to undergo cleaning. In the event we judge the item non returnable, we will send it back to you and charge yor credit card. All apparel MUST be sent back in original plastic bag.
